5.15.2015 PFG Enters Self Storage Construction Industry as they Welcome Rod Lockard- PFG has hired Rod Lockard as Director of Construction Services to lead a new construction venture focused on construction management and general contracting for the self storage industry. Rod has more than 38 years of experience in the construction industry and for the past ten years has focused specifically on self storage developments primarily on the east coast.

1.30.15 Michael Rhoads Elected President of the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association (PASSA) - He has been a board member since 2003 and previously served as Vice President. He is also the Legislative Affairs Committee Chairman. PASSA is a non-profit group of Pennsylvania based self storage owners and operators that was formed in 1988. Its purpose is:
To define and assert standards of excellence in the self storage industry within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
To provide opportunities for members to increase their knowledge of the industry through research, discussion and the exchange of information;
To support, communicate and cooperate with the National Self Storage Association (SSA) as a chapter affiliate; and
To protect our members from adverse legislative actions and monitor all legal cases involving self storage in the state.

11.1.12 PFG Capital Acquires Storage Depot Portfolio - PFG Capital recently closed on the Storage Depot Self Storage 5-property portfolio located in the Greater Harrisburg area. With this acquisition, PFG Capital's storage portfolio totals 9 facilities across six markets. PFG plans to enhance the management and operation of the Storage Depot portfolio while continuing to seek additional self storage acquisition opportunities.

10.5.12 PFG Capital Names Scott Forry, CPA as Vice President/Controller - With PFG Capital's continued success and growth, Scott Forry, CPA has been named Vice President/Controller. Mr. Forry has been with PFG Capital for 10 years as controller and in addition to his oversight of accoutning and finance functions, he also handles office IT and property management.

8.1.12 Theresa Maciejewski Join PFG Capital - Due to continued growth we have added Theresa Maciejewski as Director of Self Storage Operations. Theresa has more than 10 years experience in the self storage industry.

11.30.11 PFG Capital Acquires Newtown Self Storage - PFG Capital recently acquired Newtown Self Storage located in Newtown, PA. This acquisition is a great addition to PFG Capital's Storage Works Self Storage portfolio and represents the company's continued interest in expanding into strong markets.

9.27.11 Michael Rhoads Voted Chair of York Area Housing Group - Michael Rhoads was voted Chairman of the Board of the York Area Housing Group. This non-profit CHODO provides neighborhood stabilization and quality housing opportunities for people with limited resources.

6.8.11 Michael Rhoads Nominated for Chair of York Area Housing Group - Michael Rhoads has been nominated for Chair of the York Area Housing Group. Mr. Rhoads has been a member of the York Area Hosuing Group for four years and currently serves as the first Vice President.

A graduate of Penn State, Mr. Kolivoski has seven years of self storage brokerage and operations management experience throughout the mid Atlantic area.

9.14.10 Daniel Dygert Named Chair of the Board for Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center - Daniel Dygert, President of PFG Capital, will be installed as Chair of the Board for the Susan P. Byrnes Health Education Center at their Annual Meeting on September 14th. The Byrnes Health Education Center (www.byrneshec.org) is a York, PA based non-profit that provides health education locally and worldwide to students, parents, and educators through its interactive theatres, its traveling outreach programs, and through its award winning internet site (www.learntobehealthy.org). Mr. Dygert has been a Board Member for the past 6 years and their Treasurer and Vice Chair for the past 2 years.

8.18.10 Michael Rhoads Named First Vice Chair of York Area Housing Group - Michael Rhoads was named First Vice Chair of the York Area Housing Group earlier this month. The York Area Housing Group is a York, PA based Community Housing Development Organization (CHODO) with over 400 affordable housing and elderly apartments located in York City and County. Mr. Rhoads is the Vice President of PFG Capital, LP.

8.18.10 PFG Capital Director of Operations to Conduct Roundtable- Rob Thompkins, Director of Operations for PFG Capital, will be conducting a roundtable discussion at the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association meeting later this fall. Mr. Thompkins will be discussing electric deregulation in Pennsylvania as well as the purchase of electric futures contracts. The meeting will be held on November 18 in Blue Bell, PA. Mr. Thompkins is the Director of Operations for PFG Capital, LP and oversees the management of PFG Capital's affordable housing projects as well PFG Capital's Storage Works Self Storage portfolio. Mr. Thompkins has eight years experience in self storage management and over 10 years experience in property management.

7.26.10 Michael Rhoads Becomes Insurance Producer - Michael Rhoads successfully completed the requirements to become a licensed Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Producer.

6.14.10 PFG Capital Awarded Grant - PFG Capital has been awarded a $674k grant from the PHFA sponsored Preservation Through Smart Rehab Program for energy efficiency implementation. The grant was awarded based on an energy audit proposal by PFG Capital and will be applied towards the cost of replacement windows, heating system updates, lighting, ENERGY STAR appliances, and other items to improve the energy efficiency and reduce the overall energy costs for Hudson Park Towers. Construction of the improvements will commence later this fall. Hudson Park Towers is an affordable housing project located in the City of York. PFG Capital, LP is the managing partner of Hudson Park Towers.

1.1.10 Michael Rhoads Named Treasurer of PA SSA - Michael Rhoads begins term as Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Self Storage Association. Mr. Rhoads has been a board member of this organization since 2003 and has been active in educational seminars and in the foundation of the organization's lobbyist and PAC activities.
